Facebook & Instagram data deletion

You remain in control of every Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account connected to SocioWatch.

Disconnect Meta access

Sign in to SocioWatch.
Open Connected Accounts.
Select Disconnect under Facebook & Instagram.
Confirm the disconnection.

SocioWatch immediately stops future collection, attempts to revoke the Meta authorization, and deletes the stored customer connection secret from AWS Secrets Manager.

Request deletion of stored data

To request deletion of previously collected Facebook or Instagram content, or deletion of your complete SocioWatch account, email us from the address registered with SocioWatch. Include your company name and specify the information you want removed.

Request data deletion

You can also remove SocioWatch directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. If Meta access is removed there, SocioWatch will show that the connection has expired and ask you to reconnect.
