2. SocioWatch Service

Features may include mention monitoring, sentiment analysis, relevance analysis, reputation intelligence, prioritization, AI-generated summaries, executive summaries, historical analysis, and related reporting.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account and should notify SocioWatch if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Free Trial

SocioWatch may provide eligible users with a limited free trial. Unless otherwise stated, the current trial period is seven days.

Trial features, monitoring limits, data access, supported sources, and other functionality may be limited.

At the end of the trial, access to monitoring, mentions, analysis, or other service features may be restricted unless continued access has been arranged with SocioWatch.

A free trial does not automatically create a paid subscription unless you separately agree to paid service terms.

5. Monitoring Configuration

You are responsible for selecting and maintaining the company information, website, keywords, and topics used for your monitoring configuration.

Monitoring results depend on factors including your configuration, available data sources, publishing activity, source accessibility, and relevance processing.

SocioWatch does not guarantee that every online mention relating to your company or configured keywords will be discovered.

6. Public and Third-Party Content

SocioWatch may identify or process information published by third-party websites, publishers, discussion platforms, review sources, feeds, and other publicly accessible sources.

This content is created and controlled by its original publishers or authors. SocioWatch does not claim ownership of third-party content merely because it is identified, referenced, summarized, or analyzed through the service.

Availability of third-party content may change or become unavailable without notice.

7. AI-Generated Intelligence

SocioWatch uses artificial intelligence and automated processing to help analyze online mentions and generate information such as sentiment, relevance, summaries, topics, reputation risk, priority, and other insights.
